‍How does it work?

Get Introductions to colleagues

You will receive monthly Introductions (based on your interests and goals) to colleagues for 1-hour casual chats in your email - with conversation prompts! They are an easy way to build your network, and a chance to connect and learn from your colleagues.

Office Hour events with Leaders

Leaders will host conversations with small groups of employees. These are a great opportunity to hear from senior leaders and connect with them on a more personal level.

Search other members

Search the community for colleagues who match your goals. You can reach out with confidence because everyone is here to connect.

‍FAQs

⛱️ Can I pause my Introductions if I go on vacation or get busy?

Of course! On the Introductions tab, select “Pause introductions” on the right, and select the dates you’ll be away - Ten Thousand Coffees will turn them back on when you’re back.

🎯 How long will Introduction meetings be?

We recommend your coffee chats to be 1 hour. However, you can make them shorter based on your schedule.
